Bank Holiday Shopping

Last night we celebrated at The Coach and Horses in Banbury for a friends 30th birthday. I was really impressed with the venue, and the service and food they provided was incredible. Unfortunately, I sat very near the buffet so I could easily pop up and down. This was an error on my behalf, as I definitely ate one to many sausage rolls; and cakes; and sandwiches.

After lying in bed until around 2pm the following day, we managed to drag ourselves into town for some retail therapy. This was much to my dissatisfaction, as I was quite content watching Four In a Bed and Come Dine with Me (even if I had seen them several times already).

I had read from another blogger that they swear by Superdrugs own Fake Tan, so in my slightly blurring eyed state I ventured into the brightly lit shop. It was only £6.99, and as I regularly use a gradual tan moisturiser it is a slightly different way of tanning for me. I have invested in a tanning mitt, which is dedication for me as I am often really lazy when it comes to tanning. I will definitely be doing a separate post on how fabulous or not so fabulous the tan is.

In one of my previous posts I mentioned Tinted Moisturiser from Natural Collection , and I am still loving the products Boots at the moment for everyday wear. IWith only 4 months to go until I get married saving pennies on makeup helps me think I am contributing to pom poms and balloons in some way when the eBay packages arrive.  I couldn't resist this cheeky purchase in Pink Mallow for a quick subtle colour and add one moisture. They still have the offer for £1.99 at the moment, so I had to take advantage. I normally used to buy a Clinique moisture surge lipgloss, but this one is a lovely colour and doesn't make my lips flakey or feel dry.
I am now back in my pyjamas, watching Couples Come Dine with Me with a large cup of Earl Grey.
